Cindy leads a team dedicated to assisting foreign clients secure patent protection in the U.S.

Cindy Kim is a patent agent with over 10 years of experience in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, polymers, materials and machinery. With over 10 years of experience in these fields, Cindy has a track record of success in helping clients protect their valuable innovations. 

In addition to providing expert guidance and support to clients in the United States, Cindy has worked in foreign law firms handling various international patent matters. With a thorough understanding of the patent laws and regulations in the United States, Korea, and Japan, Cindy is well-equipped to handle domestic and foreign patent prosecution needs.

With fluency in multiple languages, Cindy is able to assist clients in both domestic and international patent matters. Cindy is a skilled communicator, able to clearly explain complex legal and technical concepts to clients and examiners. 

Cindy is also actively involved in the Asian business community, providing valuable support and assistance to Asian businesses and organizations.
